Gas pains at 1 year post op?!

I was a year out last month and I still get random gas pains. Some aren't too bad but others feel like I'm having a heart attack. Is this normal???

Yes---it's a way of life. I had my original RNY in 2001, and I would have episodes of gas, if I ate something that didn't agree with me, and it would hit me in weird places, like my shoulder & back. I just had a revision done 7/12/13, so far I've not had anything bad, other than the 1st few days after surgery.

Oh ok! Good to know I guess! Lol! I'm curious too... Why do you need the revision?
