In the 1hundreds!!!
So I'm 6 weeks out and I'm under 200, officially at 199! I haven't seen this number since 2009, so I'm super excited!!!
Only thing is that it hasn't been a walk in the park. I'm still having a hard time figuring out what to eat and what I can tolerate. I tried grilled salmon with steam veggies again last night (it was moist) and it did not go well. I ended up having to throw it up, and sucked on a SF popsicle after to recover. Chicken and salmon seem not to agree with me very well. My nutritionist gave me the green like for Phase 4, regular foods but still haven't worked out all the kinks I guess. Any advice or tips are greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Congratulations on your weight loss! That's awesome. I'm afraid I don't have much in the way of advice when it comes to food. Chicken is still hit or miss for me (and I'm 15 weeks out). Salmon, though, worked for me quite early. So I guess you just keep trying small amounts of things and see how they sit.
Good luck!
YEAH thats ONEderful!!!!!

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
