7 day check up from surgery

Well needless to say I am still in pain in my stomach. Dr said I was doing way to much. Told me to take it easy i have pull muscles on top of my sutures on my muscles that's why i hurt. They prescribed a stronger pain medicine and I am only allowed to walk about 1/4 to 1/2 mile at a time. I am just at my surgery weight so I have lost the 30. Pounds that I gained from all the fluids from hospital. He said I am doing great I just need to let my body heal

Congrats! I feel you on the pain... I could have used a couple days more worth of doses myself. It does get better though! 12 days out here and not feeling any type of pain at all today

Congrats on losing that 30 lbs! Listen to the Dr and do not over do it, I find myself having to listen now too.
