Spitting?

If i swallow my spit i feel sick or even begin to gag, or throw it up? any one else have any similar issues?

Is this a new thing or have you had it since your surgery?  A friend of mine couldn't keep anything down and come to find out, her surgeon had made the stomach opening too small.  She had to have surgery again to correct it.  If its something new, then maybe you got food hung up in the opening and thats why nothing will go down....  Or maybe its simply a virus?

I was the same way. I just made sure I drank plenty of fluids. I was a avid low calorie Gatorade drinker and Powerade Zero. It'll go away soon. Good luck!
