Stall any suggestions?

I have hit a road block of sorts, well actually my first stall that has lasted at least a month. I had surgery in Feb and have lost 95 lbs. I work out two to three times per week, drinking and eating as I should. I have talked to my surgeon but he wasn't really any help since I'm down 95 pounds. I am in need of suggestions please. Thanks in advance :)

How many calories are you taking in? On days that you work out take in about 100 more calories, or eat protein before, and then something protein after.

Well I asked my surgeon if I should increase my caloric intake and he said no. I thought that might be it so I have tried increasing a little on those days. I try to get in at least 900-1000 a day due to the plan he has created. Other I know are taking in up to 1500 calories. I have never been able to get past 1000 though. I am very very rarely hungry so it is a challenge in itself.

First off, I would be doubling your workout frequency. I work out 6 days a week. 2-3 times is simply not enough.

Secondly, look at how much you have lost. You are talking about nearly 15 lbs a month EVERY month. I cannot imagine being unhappy with that. You are going to hit plateaus, you just have to work through them.

Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I also had surgery in February and am down 58 lbs.  I think it is amazing that you have lost 95 lbs.  I have been on a stall now for about 3 weeks and feel a bit frustrated.  We can't help but ask ourselves if this is it, but according to everyone else, this is normal and we just have to be patient.    Good luck with your journey.
