So--had my follow up visit with the dr today--I've gained a pound since my last visit. That's depressing! I know stalls, etc. happen~I just don't wanna go the opposite direction!
I weigh every day because it would drive me crazy not to know. Stalls are not like stair steps. They go up and down like a mountain range. It's still a downward trend though, so try not to freak out if you see the scale go up.
Katie funny thing we had the same surgeon but we have different views. I do not own a scale because knowing would drive me crazy. LOL I know the miracle is happening to each of us, and that makes us the same. God Bless !!
