I am going to look for that, awesome idea!!

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I am confused about UpCal? I did a search on here and some older posts were claiming UpCal did not have the amount of calcium it claimed to?

I don`t know how to copy a post and paste it .

We were told we could swallow anything the size of an M&M. I cut mine in half for a few weeks. Some were probably bigger than an M&M, but I had no trouble. Matter of fact whole pills went down better than halves because the jagged edges tended to hang in my throat.
