Help !!! Stomach Bloaded .

I am 3 days out post- op. so far everything is okay except my stomach is bloaded and and I am having difficulties passing farting. Any suggestion?  I have been walking as advised by my Dr. but still my stomach still feel bloaded.  I am still on Clear liquid. Thanks

Sometimes if I hold a ho****er bottle to my abdomen it helps.

I had surgery last week on the 6th and use chewable gasx which worked great for me

I had some bloating the second night after surgery and they put hot pack on my stomach and abdomen for about four hours.  That was vary helpful. 

Gas x thin strips. They melt on your tongue.

My stomach was still bloated after surgery for about a week, it slowly went down each day.

Thank you all for your advices and supports. !!! So far I have noticed a change by using Gas X and applying a hot pack to my abdomen. I feel way much better today !!! Thanks :)

I walked like crazy, finally almost a week post op the gas pain has gone away. Hope you feel better!
