Went to wal mart today to try on clothing. Had no idea what size I was aanymore, and all my pants are falling off my booty. Before WLS I was in a 30 pant and a 3-4 x top. Happy to say "DOING HAPPY DANCE" I can now get into a 24 pant and a 1x top, top is a lil tight in arms but wont be for long. My Hw was 352, sw 327, now 246. I am so happy with my tool and what it has helped me do.

That is great! Are you very pear shaped? I was in an 18 at 246. But your top size is what I was in at the time.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
