OMG I have been craving pizza lately so I made one! Half of a Light italian flatout wrap throw it on the oven grate @ 350 for 7 minutes, take it out top with marinara, light mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, and mushrooms. Stick it back in the oven for another 7-10 minutes. Delish!!!!

Sounds great.  I love the flat out wraps.  I like to make sandwiches with half a wrap as well.

For some reason I tolerate them better when they are cooked in the oven. Like in a wrap they are super yummy but almost too doughy...if that makes any sense lol

I get what you mean.
I bought those wraps for my daughter a few times, and they are suuuuper soft, so I can see how they may feel gummy or doughy untoasted. I love the way they feel...lol. I like pawing at them. Damn, I'm a weirdo!

Your recipe sounds yummy.
