This might be old news, but...

After four months out, I'm just now able to eat yogurt, but not the pre sweetened ones.  However, I HATE plain yogurt, but I have found a workaround...

Plain, non-fat yogurt mixed with different flavors of sugar free Jello pudding!  DELICIOUS!  My favorites are banana and vanilla.

You're welcome!!  :)

Yummy! I wonder if sugar free jello powder would work for fruity flavoring?

Haven't tried that one.....I have a box of sugar free black cherry here.  I'll try it!

How much of the pudding do you add? Do you mix the pudding in a full container of pudding?

I add just enough to flavor the yogurt to my liking...

Try some sugar free, fat free cheesecake pudding mix with the plain Greek yogurt. OMG--soooooo yummy!

Yogurt was allowed on my full liquid part--you might want to check about yours, too!

I do one package of pudding mix (small package) to 32 oz. of Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of milk. Sometimes 3/4 cup. I use either flax or almond milk.

Dannon makes a great Greek yogurt with fruit that is sweetened with splenda.  It's yummy and only 7 grams of sugar, same as plain greek.  Give it a try.
