You look incredible!!! If you don't mind me asking... What was you SW and your CW.

Also how your workout routine is?

I'm just at the beginning of my journey and this is such inspiration!!!

My starting weight was 260 and my goal weight is 140, but I am rethinking that now. I am pretty happy at 154. I started walking in the beginning until I lost about 50lbs. My feet could not handle the extra weight when I ran. Then I slowly began running/walking. Would run half mile (even if slow) then walk half and then increase every week what portion you would run. I can run 5 to 6 miles without stopping now. You can do it just start slow!!! I also started taking step class in the beginning too. It help with stamina. I only run now and LOVE IT!

Wow amazing! Thanks for replying... I just got surgery 12 days ago and my weight at the time of the operation was 251 (pre-op was 266) so I am kind of comparing myself to you.

My first week was amazing... Lost 8 lbs and this week is a little more disappointing as I just lost 1.5 up to now.

Hopefully I won't hit a stall already

Thanks again for the info!
