Way to go! I know it get's tedious just keep your eye on your goal. Don't go overboard on worrying about every little thing, it will make you nuts. You will have good days and not so good ones. That's life and you are just going to the next phase in this one. Set yourself a reasonable goal, nothing too big, but something attainable. For me some days its jus getting up out of the bed and moving, because I really hate exercise, I mean REALLY, but I know that it has to be done, so I get up do it, feel good and laugh at myself. In this journey you have to have a good sense of self and a healthy sense of humor. You can do it! I have confidence in you.
