i'm trying to get away from the B-12 sublingual pills. I'd like to hear your houghts on B-12 patches?

I used it for a while and my B12 level dropped a lot. Have you thought about the injections or nasal spray?

I have no thoughts on the patches however I was wondering why you wanted to get away from the sublinguals?

I was wondering the same... they are pretty darn tasty and not horribly expensive.
