Has anyone used Kirkland mature multi vitamins and minerals 50+?  Costo's house brand.  They are $15 for 400.  So much less than bariatric advantage multis.  If you have are they huge horse pills or manageable to swallow?

I have been using Kirkland brand multi's and calcium citrate for years - they're the normal large size oval pills ...   You can always split them!    We have absolutely no need for expensive "bariatric" supplements.

So Costco also offers a calcium citrate.  Chewable or pill form.  I am going to check it out.  Thanks for the info.  this multi looked about the same as Bariatric Advantage and I am needing to reorder.  Having a tough time making myself order the expensive BA.  I felt I needed to at least try to find a comparable alternative. Thanks for responding.

Well I guess if I can down the multi I can down the citrate pills.  i ordered the multi already and will go looking for the citrate pills. Thanks for the help.  Some of this can be expensive - unnecessarily so apparently. As a beginner I was so afraid to make a mistake but now 10 months and 100 lbs down I feel more confident.  Not one single complication so far.  Wonderful thing this surgery.
