Thanks!! I do Zumba and WERQ Fitness dance a lot. I also do piloxing, cycling, running and yoga when I'm not busy breaking my ankle...meaning I'm just starting to get back into those things here recently, as I broke my ankle 6 weeks ago. I'm (supposed to be) running a 10K this weekend...I'll be walking, maybe slogjogging it. :) But, yeah...that's what I do. :)

Congratulations!  Awesome job. I'm getting close myself... a little over 3 more pounds and I'll be celebrating also!

See, my pics would be opposite... I'm a straight haired girl and curls are a novelty.  Of course, I have to wait for my hair to come back... it is still losing even more than I am!

I was having A LOT of hairfall, but you couldn't tell when looking at my hair that it was thinning...I've always had a buttload of hair. I have been taking biotin and trying SO SO SO hard to get all my protein in and I've started losing less, but I just read a post about Biotin and acne...and I've been breaking out pretty bad for me lately. So I'm stopping the biotin today. I've straightened my hair maybe 5 times in my life...I do love how it looks, but with my amount of curls it takes HOURS to get it straight then a lot of maintenance to keep it that way. :)
