quick question

Hi Leslie,
Gosh I can't remember exactly but I want to say about two weeks out from surgery I was starting to bend down to pick up things off the floor if I dropped them. It still hurt like a bugger and I would often get dizzy, I had to hold on to say the counter top when I bent over. I went really, really slow. I had a bit of a rough start my first 1-3 months so other people might chime in and say they were bending over right away but I know I took it slow and didn't until two weeks post op. My husband stayed with me the two weeks post surgery so he would help me with whatever I needed be it down low or up high. Don't over too it too soon, you don't want to pull something by accident and delay your healing.
Hope that helps answer your question.
Best of luck,
Daisy
