MFP App
Does anyone know if there is a better APP that will track food, liquids, exercise and also what time I eat my meals and snacks, and also be able to free form write next to each meal?
I know MFP has the notes section at the bottom, but I wanted something more elaborate so I can track and document where I eat, how I feel when I eat, what might trigger these binges, etc.
I've been having these 'binge impulses', have only acted on them 2-3 times but it's enough to get me worried. I'm reading books around using Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help with binge eating and their recommendation, among many, is to record in more detail than what MFP app appears to allow. I definitely don't want to use a paper and pencil, so if you all don't have any ideas, I'll make this work.

I used mfp for food tracking and use a generic journal (First paper and pencil - then one I could use on my computer and on a phone/tablet).
