Worthwhile WLS books??
Okay so I tend to extract something from a book even if it is horrendous and make it positive, take what I consider relevant type thing. I was wonder if anyone has come across a book/ study. Anything they found to be an excellent read. Right now I am devouring everything I have come across which sadly was only four books from my library.
.* A guide to weight loss surgery
* It aint over til the thin lady sings
* weight loss surgery guide and diet program
* the real skinny on weight loss surgery ( which I wish I had read pre-op but I still found a few pieces helpful)
If you guys know of anything nutrition in particular, but anything you have found to be a real gem let me know.
Thanks you in advance.

While it isn't WLS-specific, the NUT @ Guelph recommended Dr. Yoni Freedhoff's "The Diet Fix" to me. I found it interesting, and he had a number of good suggestions. I also found "Fat Chance" by Robert Lustig pretty interesting as well, but that's more because I'm a fan of Michael Moss' "Salt Sugar Fat".
