5 days out

I can not get enough fluids but I keep trying. feeling great no pain except where drain tube is  and it gets taken  out next Wednesday. just wanted to say Hi

My surgery was Friday, so I am right behind you, I'm feeling really well too. Congrats and we'll take this incredible journey together. 

Glad to hear that you are doing well! Keep sipping fluids and moving! Time will fly by and next you will be sharing NSV with us!

I'm five days out too. Man the emotional roller coaster has been something!  To drink or not drink?  Why did I do this?  Why does my stomach hurt?  Why doesn't my stomach hurt?  Why can I drink warm fluids better than cold?  Why do I feel thirsty yet can't drink?  What am I gonna do on Thanksgiving?  And Lord please let everyone be right when they say it gets easier and eventually you're happy you did it.

i csn feel the tempatures of the fluids but do not have any problem with either.

Another one that is 5 days out and Man do I WISH I could say no pain!

Each day gets better though so I keep focusing on that. Every stage of this journey has its own challenges but thankfully they don't last forever.
