Do you have a set eating schedule?
I do have (and follow) a schedule, yes. I don't feel hunger and can be prone to going all day without eating a thing (funny though, I never seem to forget to drink coffee...lol). I'm rather strict with myself (out of necessity) and my routines are pretty structured. First, I am a planner. I plan my meals each day, track/record what I'm eating, and stick to it. I do a lot of prep the night before (pretty easy to do while I'm cooking dinner anyway). I space out my meals (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack) and pretty much eat something every 3 1/2 hours or so - do whatever timing works for you.
I work full-time in a very busy, stressful job. I fill my lunch kit with snack, lunch, snack and since I can't always "time myself", as long as I've eaten everything in the bag before I go home, I'm good. lol
