Protein Shakes

I am wondering what all of you prefer for your protein powder or shakes. I haven't had surgery yet but have started drinking the protein shakes. The kind that was recommended is Kelloggs  Special K. They taste good but I'm kind of worried about the amount of sugar they have in them. What kinds are the best and the smarter way to go?

No way!  Remember, more protein than sugar. I prefer Atkins meal replacement shakes or Premier Protein.

I've really enjoyed the Premier Protein shakes.  Good taste.

I never said it would be easy. I said it would be worth it.

Yep chocolate Syntrax here!  Also really taste good, but as ive read many times, goal of 25 of more grams protein per drink, and about 10 calories per gram of protein at the most.  I use almond milk, really low calories!  30 per 8oz, and since I use it in my morning coffee, I only use a couple oz.

Good luck on your journey!!
