Ricotta bake

I am on mushy foods now, and plan to make this tonight. Anyone have an idea of what size dish to use to cook it? Like an 8x8 or smaller? Thanks! 

I made mine in four little ramekins -- it portioned out the recipe nicely (depends on the recipe) and no one seemed to mind.  It made it kind of fancy because everyone had a nice little dish and I didn't destroy it trying to serve it :)
