dramatic music The Three Week Stall is upon me!

I weighed myself this morning and I was the same weight as last week. It's been 3 weeks (almost a month) since surgery so I presume that, right on schedule, I've hit the stall.

Hope it breaks soon. I'm sure it will.

I had this near one month VERY recently!! Increase water by A LOT and make sure you have a BM every day. Take a pill for it if you aren't, doctor said that is the new normal (cuz trust me I questioned this, I was lucky if I went once a week before surgery). Also, make sure to get your 60-80 grams of protein. Good luck!!!

I just came out of a stall myself. My Fiancee told me to stop paying attention to the # on the scale and hid it from me. I was so obsessed with the number on it, that I wasn't realizing that my measurements/body were changing. 2 weeks later I was down 9 lbs. Just keep doing what you need to be doing and your body will catch up.
