I'm in for ACAW.  At this point I need my cheese and milk or I'd never make my protein goals

I'm in. I will do Critters included version. I am Greek yogurt dependent at this point in my life especially for my work lunches and breakfasts. Plus...cream in my coffee. Oh...and cheese. But all meat, all critter...no carbs...I'm down. Pretzels will have to just haunt someone else for a week.

Hey Deanna and AMAW lovers!!

Sorry, have been stupid busy!  Thanks for posting!!

I am happy to do AMAW next week if you want.  Just a couple of questions:

1. Does everyone have enough time to prepare for a start date of Monday Aug 22nd?
2. Deanna if you want to run the show happy to pass it over. If you feel you would rather be a participant instead of an organiser just let me know either way.  Thank you for asking, that was very sweet!  
3. If you want me to still be the MC (Meat Coordinator) I am more than happy too and I will look back at the old AMAW post and change it up and resend it out to advertise for our peeps!

3. Please do it!  Cross post to the general forums as well?  Maybe we can draw in some who don't frequent the RNY boards.

I want to get mine in before vacation so I'm good to start on the 22nd.  I can do mine on my own though if everyone else isn't ready. :)

By the way Daisydoo- are you feeling the love? lol - loved the first few messages in this thread!

I truly love my "OH Family!!!!!!!!!!" I would be 100% lost without them.  So most def I feel that I would not be this successful if I did not have all these amazing OH people in my life. Hope you stick around and become one of the "family"
