Sorry for all the questions. I have been using sustained energy protien powder. Someone gave me a whey protien powder. Is that good to use?

many people are told to use 100% whey protein isolate the first few months, when you're getting most of your protein from shakes. It's supposedly the best absorbed form of protein. And make sure it's whey protein isolate - not a blend or a concentrate.

100 percent whey protein isolate would be much better. Sustained Energy powder is soy protein. It has a lot less protein, a lot more carbs and calories, and the protein is not absorbed as well.

What brand is it? What are the stats? Like Grim said, if it's the RIGHT whey, it should be fine
