Happy Valentine's Day!

Thanks again everyone for the help/advice yesterday regarding my Iron. Waiting to see my family Doctor.

QOTD: If I did some damage? I would. If no damage, then no. But I'd take pics as well. You can't be too sure these days. I work in a hockey arena, and we've actually watched people smash their cars up worse after a fender bender and the exchange of information. Crazy is not the word for it.

Day 4 of the stomach flu for me. I'm going to try adding in some saltines. But that could change depending on how the day goes. I'm at work, so I have to be careful. :)

Breakfast-Tea with premier protein

Snack-Rest of premier protein

Lunch: Shake-mixed with water-Syntrax grape

Snack: saltine's maybe

Supper: shake, or maybe some yogurt. Again, depends how the day goes.

Hi everybody. Late to the party. Sorry I was MIA yesterday. Don't you love it when life and work tales you away from your online social life?? I mean jeez!!!

QOTD: once I got this note on my car, "sorry for hitting your car. People are watching so I am leaving you this note." But no phone or address. It actually made me laugh. I honestly don't know what I'd do. Good ethic question but I guess I need to be there to know what I'd do.

Well it's 4:35 and I'm just getting around to this. Today has already been shot with 4 pieces of candy from the big heart sitting at the break table. Do I get any points for avoiding the Krispy kremes? No ? Yeah, didn't think so.

Hubby has steak dinner planned for tonight, asparagus and strawberries.

Howdy,

Have not been around for a while. My sister came to visit and my food intake has been less than stellar. Not terrible but I have been eating some bread and I had a sushi night.

Back in the saddle again.

QOTD: If I hit someone, I most certainly would let them know. If there wasn't any damage at all, might not.

Food for the day:

Coffee and tea and protein shake ISOPURE banana

Salad with cabbage, kale, lettuce mix with ff cheese two pieces of ham, 40 calorie cilantro yogurt dressing

Carbonator yogurt with PB powder

Dinner: Some sort of meat and vegetables

Another carbonator yogurt

Less than 20 carb grams, less than 900 calories and about 90 grams protein

QOTD: Yes, I would leave my information if I did damage to the other person's car. I have had people do damage to my car and not leave their information. It stinks!

I drive a 2001 Lincoln Town Car in the city. I parallel park downtown all the time. I wouldn't be able to tell a new ding. I would leave info.

Roast beef with mustard, boiled egg, greek yogurt with bran, and pork rinds.

Had a bite of hershey's chocolate yesterday. It tasted not worth it. Now I get to reset the no sugar. I'm better without sugar.
