Walking my day away.

Last Christmas, my wife granted me with a fitbit. Ever since that day, I am obsessed with walking longer distances. I start my day going 5 and a half miles. I am getting myself ready to hike the P.C.T next May 2019. I started walking after my rny in 2015 at 398 pounds. My first goal was to get to my mailbox and back. Then, I went progressively farther until I was under 199 and felt amazing. Now, I have gained a few pounds back even though I walk. You lose in the kitchen, not in the gym. Anywho, I'm just saying Hello to everyone. Has The Angry Viking still posting? She had the best sense of humor. Her, and Grim. Anyway PEACE.

Haven't seen angryviking in here in a while. Grim is still around.

Despite my running, I gained a few too. Bounce back is real. So true about losing in kitchen v. Gym.
