I paid $64 for my Popeye turkey and do not regret the extra $50. It is so damn good. If you find a Restaurant Depot in your area their meat is significantly cheaper than the regular grocery and they have a clearance section than proves to be awesome every time I go, there.

it's real and only $64 if you go to the store and buy it. Precooked frozen Cajun turkey. The moistest yummy turkey I ever had.

I think it's a bit spicier than Grim would like his turkey!

Cajun? Cajun? If I were a zombie, I still wouldn't eat Cajuns.

Good morning ~ 1000 cookies and 49 pounds of powdered sugar sound like a very good time! Enjoy your prep time, I know it feels good to get things done. Thank you everyone for the onderland love!! I'm so happy to be here again, finally!! I feel like I've really hit my stride. Rob is doing much better. He was at the point where he was in too much pain to drive so I took him to the ER at 6am and we were out by 8am - which is record! He is on new meds, which didn't stay down in the morning but he was able to keep them and toast down last night without incident and is sleeping soundly. I kept dreaming about work, so I got up at 3am. I have plenty of catch up to do at work, lunch with the kiddo, covid + flu shots this afternoon. Not sure that a Tuesday was a good idea for the shots but at least it won't mess up my weekend.

QOTD - Rob leaves all the things open about half the time - he was born in a barn. At the moment, I want to get better at remembering to take my vitamins and to hydrate. I have a great plan with reminders and I'm set up for success but it's still a struggle. Otherwise, I want to get better at exercise - meaning follow through and actually do it. I really have no time excuse, I just choose to do other things instead, lazy girl things.

Accountability - swapped food around, but came in at cals 767/77g protein yesterday. 198 today.

B- coffee x 4, cottage cheese

l- Greek place - Prasini salad w/chicken souvlaki

d- rotisserie chicken + cheese in a low carb wrap - air fried crispy

s- tomatoes and cucumbers

Have a great day!!

So glad Rob is doing better.

If you crack the code to follow-through, please share! I have such great intentions.

Glad Rob is doing better. Even without the exercise you are doing great. I need to start myself. Maybe not all in but start slow, 3 workouts a week instead of 7 and try not to feel guilty. I have to figure it out.

Glad Rob is doing better and hope you don't have too much of a reaction from the shots.
