Enjoy the snow day. We have not had one here in Pittsburgh in a very long time. I miss snow days. There is snow in the Eastern part of Pennsylvania, but it passed us by.
Nothing exciting going on today. I just got to take the chaffing pans back to my mom's house this evening in case my brother needs them, and I need gas in my car. I have to wait to get back home because it is almost 10¢ more near work.
QOTD: Well, I only remember because it was so cringy. My last relationship before Ron the guy went to JC Penny and had photos of himself taken. He even had his cat sit in on a couple. It was a long-distance thing, but I still can't unsee that.
Accountability: Good I was so tired after the service I went to bed.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Good afternoon from me! Just got back to the hotel after a full-ish day of meetings across two locations here so taking a mental break to post, change clothes and then get online for 3 hours of meetings in my evening.
I made it to Warsaw about 3 yesterday and the directions to my hotel from the airport were "walk outside and look around". Worked out very well. I had enough time to go down to the historic area, get dinner and spend a couple hours walking around. I was delighted that they still had all the Christmas lights up, no one at the office knew why they were still up in mid Feb so I've decide of they were up to make me happy!
today I woke up at my usual time, got in my workout. I had eggs for breakfast and then a bite of this small croissant stuffed with a vanilla cream and a bit of a waffle topped with a scoop of homemade cherry jam. I was disappointed I didn't take my phone to breakfast because the had a whole tray of honeycomb there for people to use, it looked so cool, I'm not a beekeeper but it sure looked like a tray from a hive to me.
Besides the eggs and bites, I've had 4 coffees but I think that equals two normal sized Coffees, the cups here are small, and a power crunch bar. Not super Excited by the options on the hotel menu so I might pop back to the airport and Get some nibbles from there before my evening meetings.

Qotd- Valentine's Day is fun but galentines day is better! I do have a fantastic bouquet that I got for VD though still in my office. 11 storm trooper figure and one darts Vader. It's all about knowing the needs and wants of the gift recipient, lol
