OK, it's not really theatre...but it's as close to playing Christine Daae as I'm gonna get!

We had a "Lip-Sync" competition/show at our high school last night. It was a fundraiser for our drama club (I teach theatre at the high school level). The kids had a blast. The staff usually does "something" as a lip sync during the "stall" time after the last competition group so the judges can add up the points. My very cool Vice Principal (who is an actor and singer himself) agreed to do "Phantom of the Opera" and "Point of No Return" with me! OMG! I had SOOOOO much fun! My techies made a boat for us, and we had a gothic chair in the "lair"...it was great! Hmmm...now if I could only spruce up my singing voice to hit that E!!! Stagedoor Debbie
