One month Post-op

I'm one month post-op today... I thought I would have a treat today. I've been doing great for the past 6 weeks. I've lost 36 lbs, including the pre-op diet... I looked for sweet treats, but, instead I treated myself to a fab work-out and not a muffin.

Congrats on the weight loss and good for you, i try and reward myself with something like clothes or shoes and not sweets, keep up the good work!
