I am TIRED of eating!
I feel that way also. Once in a while I just don't want anything and I know if I do eat it will come back up. I just go with the flow and make sure I eat well the next day. It doesn't seem to effect my weight loss to do this once in a while.
I don't really get hungry. I kinda like it this way. But I do find myself sucking down a shake at the end of the day to make sure I have enough protein in. And I also feel more restriction after a day I haven't eaten. I do try real hard to get my fluids in daily.
