How do I put my Dr's name and date of surgery under my picture?

My OH, Settings, Profile,  Manage Info ..........I think that is where you find it

You go to "My Account" then "My Journey" and fill in the info there.    For your Dr. to show up, he/she already has to be in the system.   I'm not sure what to do if the Dr. is not already listed.  
Oh, and be sure to check the box for "Primary" doctor or it will not post.
It took some time for my date to show, then a  little longer for the Dr. to show ~ not sure what the lag was, but good to know to expect it may be.

Now, if I can get the ticker installed as my signature, with my starting weight, and actual weidht.   I tried that, but it showed me at goal (don't I wish!).

I just started to notice that my dr isn't listed under my name when I post...I checked the settings and they are all fine. Any suggestions?

Oh thanks. I used to see my doc but haven't for a few weeks. Same with other peoples listing too. Maybe it's my iPad...

I checked active on everything down that row, is that right, in manage info. How do I get one of the tickers off? Sorry I should know all this stuff. Thanks for your help

I'm having trouble with my ticker updating.... When I started the ticker I had lost 8 lbs and that one is staying when I put up my signature. I've lost 15 so far and I want it to update each time I put new weight into the system. I have even deleted my ticker with the 8 and made a new one with the 15. Any suggestions?
