I love chicken....
I should explain the reason I use blue cheese rather than swiss....back when I was in like 5th grade we were learning about french culture. We had a lesson about food where I was taught that this dish was chicken stuffed with ham and cheese. Being the aspiring chef I am, I got my mom to take me to the store, where I noticed blue cheese and thought, oh thats why they call it cordon blue....not realizing till years later what cordon bleu actually means...so all in all...I grew to love blue cheeses and I still think this dish made with swiss is nothing compared to a blue cheese...muchos better...
