Breakfast (or lunch, or dinner) idea!
Today I was at the grocery store and started to buy Salmon. I about gagged on the price - especially since I would have to freeze it and it would probaby be months before I ate it all. So...instead, I bought a small package of smoked Salmon. I scrambled some eggs with about 2 teaspoons of the smoked Salmon, threw a light sprinkle of cheese on top, and topped with a small spoonful of fat free sour cream. Heaven! And I'm WAY past mushies - it's just that I love some of those foods I ate back then.
