My two fav things so far almost 5 weeks
Peanut Butter is great. My surgeon's office has this stuff called PB2. It's powdered peanut butter and you can reconstitute it with water. It's only 45 calories for 2 TBSP. and it's got a fair amount of protein. Plus it really tastes like peanut butter.

I ordered about 6 things from amazon including some mini-ice trays. The PB2 was 11.66 for a jar.
The total shipping for all 6 items was only 6.69 - I know some of it was "free super saver shipping" but a few of them were not...
