I only weigh every week or so. I am hoping I won't notice if I get a stall.

Every day,  it keeps me grounded.  If I am up I know I better be really careful and drink my fluids and get in more protein,  if I am down it keeps me motivated even more.  It is just my way,  and it works for me.

I try to keep it about a week apart.  Friday mornings used to be my regular, but not it's not as scheduled because I wasn't home on a few Friday mornings.

I prefer to see a bigger change over a week's time than tiny changes day-to-day.

I weigh every day unless I don't go poop. (Sorry)  Stalls don't really bother me too much because I know from this board that they are normal and will break.  Like others it lets me know to up the water or protein.  Every one has their own scale comfort level so do what works best for you. Welcome to the sleeved side.

I aim for every Wednesday :-)

I was weighing every day, but starting to make myself crazy (I had a really long stall!)

Now I am aiming for once a week, but if I want to weigh an extra time or two, it's all good :)

It is kind of fun to weigh now! I also measure every couple of weeks! I am weighing tomorrow at the Dr.. After this visit I will need to weigh at home because I won't have many visits now.

I try to weigh twice a week, but no more-otherwise, I drive myself crazy. This helps me keep my sanity plus a reality check of how things are going.

I weigh every Sunday morning.  If I weigh every day it makes me crazy and I want to keep crazy to a minimum.  lol
