Six Month w/Pics

Today is my 6 month anniversary...I'm at 181 and my goal weight is 164 (according to my doc). I'd like to be at 150, if I can. I've been loosing really slooooooowly these last few months but at least I'm going in the right direction. I can eat almost anything (except bread and rice) ... just not very much of it...still struggle with water and protein but I keep trying...blood work has been good, blood pressure really great...I'm in a size 12 ... all in all I'm doing okay. The first month was hell, the next two hard, but since then things have gone well.

If I can't get these pictures copied I'll put them on my blog.

WOW you lost 300lbs. Great job! I'm 4 months out and I've lost 76 lbs. How did you deal with loose skin. I hate it

I've lost 117 in total...started at 298.8!

Loose skin is not my friend, but I knew I would have issue especially on my legs since I'm pear shaped. Someday I hope to have a full body lift but until then I just tuck it in

Thanks! I'm having a hard time with the photos on this site and I consider myself technically capable...oh well. I also didn't label my pics when I took them so I'm not sure of the exact times but I think the afters are mostly 1 month out since my son painted my bedroom in December so it had to be before then.

Need to start the weight training ... knees are better so I have more enery to do it now!
