Lifted furniture this weekend

I was mopping the floor this weekend and decided to mop under all the furniture.  It is rare that I find myself home by myself so I can really deep clean.  I picked up the big, fat ottoman and placed it on the couch.  Today, I'm hurting.  I hope I did not damage my sleeve.  There is a sharp, occasional stab and then there is the low steady hum of pain that is fairly constant.  I have a 2 month check-up with the doctor on Thursday.  I hope I did not do damage.  Has anyone else had this experience? Should I be worrying?

It's extremely unlikely you hurt your stomach lifting furniture, but you likely irritated/injured your muscles that were cut during your operation. Your stomach isn't involved in any lifting, your ab muscles are- and they are angry at you! Take it easy for a while, and do light stretching when the pain subsides.

Thank you all for your advice.  I will baby myself for a while and use it as an excuse not do housework for a while.
