Air in Tummy

Evertyime I eat I get bad painfully feeling in my Tummy.  I have done the Beno before and Gas-X Strips and Chewables.  Nothing helps.  Is there anything I can do use?  Or am I doing something wrong like eating to fast,to much,not chewing to enough???

Could be all the things you've mentioned, or could be stomach acid.  When my stomach acid is acting up, I get gassy/burpy when I eat or drink.  Are you on an acid reducer , a PPI?

I was before surgery for bad heartburn but then I stoped taking them because I don't have it any more.  But I will try them again.  Thanks.

We share the same surgery date and I too am having a lot of gas issues. I too have tried gas-x which does help a little but not enough.  Itoo have gone off the omeprozal and will try taking it daily again.....

I thought it may be part of healing.

I have started taking it again today. So maybe it will help.  Also if I eat standing up it helps with the gas.
