What do you think of this program?

Sorry it's not a link. You'll have to copy and paste. I have to use text editor on my iPad. Whatever.
Anyway, if anyone has a moment to look at this I would appreciate it. A friend who had RNY 12 years ago is taking it because she had gained @30 lbs over the last couple of years. They have a certified bariatric nurse who is part of the program. I was excited about all the info from exercise specialists plus we get to meet with a personal trainer six times over the twelve week course. Oh, I'm also pumped about the pre and post assessments! After the course is over, you get a 33% reduced gym rate, which is nice.
So, if you've made it this far, what do you think about it for a couch potato like me? I wouldn't start it until over two months postop, btw.
Thanks!
