My son and daughter-in-law gave me a 24 oz Camelbak bottle for Mother's day.  Fill that thing w/ water w/ a few squirts of MIO and I'm doing much better on my water intake.  Very important in the heat so it was good timing.

Try it if you're having a hard time.  Available from Amazon.

yep, I live and die by my camelbaks.  One at home, one at work.  You can get them at the Vitamin Shoppe and Target too.

Camelback is the water bottle.  MIO Berry Pomegranate and Mango Peach are both yummy.  A little goes a long way so go easy on the squirts.

I was thinking about that the other day thinking it would be a great thing for my husband. He farms and ranches so is outdoors all day - its hard to keep a water bottle on the tractors and such. The only thing I was concerned about is that its like a straw and I know for some folks drinking with a straw puts air in their stomach causing uncomfortable gas-like pains. I'm thinking maybe the air can be squeezed out of the bladder so that might not happen - ???

I think the premise is because of the way you have to drink it -- bite and drink -- you don't get any air.  It works fine for me.  And like I said, it's helping me get more water in.  I think they make them larger than 24oz.  Check out the website.

The MIO sweet tea is really excellent mixed with the SF syrups like raspberry, peach, etc.  Deelish!  Not to mention mixed with other MIO flavors. Yum!

Is the MIO Sweet Tea a squirt additive like the other flavors?  Haven't seen that one.

Yep, just like the other flavors.  Really good with a little lemon too!
