Too much protein??
Thanks for your post. I have not figured out what dense proteins are yet, but I will look into it. I am consuming grilled chicken, pork tenderloin, and turkey burgers. Nothing is added to them other than seasoning during grilling, so I'm not adding any fats. I do have a great scale and use it daily. I also have this great lunch box from six pack bags. It holds all of my meals, and keeps them cold throughout the entire day. Most of my days are 12 - 16 hour days. I eat nuts to replace the crunchfactor I am missing from not eating carbs in the form of pretzles and crackers. I do all my tracking on this website and have been trying to adjust as I see I'm overdoing anything. Thanks again.
