I might need a endoscopy cause my sleeve is to tight :( has this happened to any one?

I had my revision done on the 6th of June from a lap band to sleeve. I have had troubles with it. I am almost 3 weeks out and still have trouble drinking water. I went to the doc today and he said the area where my band was is to tight and they might need to do endoscopy cause my sleeve is to tight :( has this happened to any one?    

Its called a stricture, and sure folks have had them.  Its scar tissue and they will typically dilate it with the endoscope.  Good luck! 

 Do I need to be scared? my doc said there are chances of a leak when they do it :(  

Well, couple of things, A - I am not a doctor. B - me telling you to not be scared isnt gonna make you not scared :}

And, I guess the chance of a leak is because of where the stricture is?  Have you asked him what his plan is if there IS a leak? 

Doc's jobs are to give you worst case scenarios, though - just so you can know the risks/benefits.

I think I would be hounding him a bit more!
