1 Month Post Op....SV & NSV!!!!!

Hello All!!!

So, today I had my 1 month post-op doctor's visit and the doctor thinks that I'm doing great! I am *drumroll please*.....48 lbs. down from my highest weight as of today!! I wi**** were 50lbs, but who in the heck am I kidding, there's NO way I could have lost this much weight on my own in a month if my life depended on it. I also was finally moved to soft foods too!! THANK YOU JESUS, MARY, and JOSEPH!!! I know many of you are thinking.....a whole month before moving to soft foods......trust me....I had the same thoughts....but it seems to be working....so, I'm going with the flow for now.

SV: 48lbs. down from highest weight in a month!!!! :)

NSV's: I went to my mother's church tonight for revival, and several of her church members approached me talking about how good I look. One even ventured out to say that I was "glowing" and what was it that had me doing so.....I looked at her and said......"WATER"....lmbo....but that's the truth. Water does wonders for your skin....that and COCOA BUTTER!!! :)

After leaving church, I headed to Wal-Mart......I ran into my god-sister and niece....she said...OMG....you look great!! I said....why thank you!!! ....She then went on to say that I'm starting to look like I did when I had once lost 70lbs. on my own....That made my heart smile. I'll be glad when my body catches up with my heart! LOL....

I still can't say that I'm extremely happy yet...this has only been the 1st month...but I thank God that changes are occurring, and I'm starting to get somewhat used to this NEW way of life!!

Way to go!! Outstanding weight loss!! Doing better than I am. Don't those NSV's feel great!!
