Hi sleeve twin! I"m so glad you are doing well. Me too. Because of the same experience as you with a failed band and was sooooo surprised to see I have lost 20 lbs. in the 1st month. Congratulations and let's keep up.
By the way I am tracking on myfitness pal and love it. Wow it is so easy for those carbs to go up quickly. 40 carbs is not many at all and it takes alot to try to get in 60 -80 grams of protein also. I like the tracking as it helps me to try to reach those numbers. So far I can get up to about 60 G of protein but it's hard for me to get more. I'm only drinking 1 30G shake a day so the rest is coming from food. I don't think I can scarf down another shake each day.
How are you doing with your protein and do you have any tips on that?

Thanks everyone! I really was suprised how well I did considering I previously had the band and I have PCOS. Very important to track everything for sure. I actually need to go to Costco to go get more premier protein. I have been using designer whey protein and it is only 100 calories but only 18 protein.
