Tenderness/pain in upper right side of abdomen???

Just curious if anyone else has had problems with this...  I woke up this morning with an achyness (sp) in my upper right abdomen, just below my rib cage.  I had my gallbladder out years ago, and was diagnosed during my sleeve surgery with fatty liver.   It doesn't really hurt, is just really tender to the touch and aches a little as long as I am not up doing anything...  However when I am trying to stand up or move  around some, I get a pulling pain.

Any suggestions?  If it doesn't feel a little better tomorrow I will call the Dr.

 I would call my doctor on Monday. Could it be a hernia?? I have no idea when I have pain I call my doc now. Because after my GB i do not play around any more. Hope you feel better soon.

I'd check with the doc too.
