I finally broke that damm plateau and I put a pair of khaki pants that I haven worn in years and wore them today!! YAY!

I can never put to words how much this sleeve has changed my life for the better. Just amazing!

Well back to the grind, since my weight is moving again!!

I, too, recall the feelings of triumph and elation I had when I made it to ONEDERLAND!!!

The scale read "199.9", but I had made it! LOL!!
