Post-op appointment

I had my post-op appointment today. Everything is great. Incisions are healing great...PA removed the surge-strips. I do have a bit of a rash from the surge-strips.

The soreness in legs is nothing to worry about. But still be cautious.

I have officially lost 16 pounds. In one week that only other time I did this was when I gave birth or cleaned out my purse.

So I have to start my vitamins and exercising but I knew that was coming...
